Digital Marketing Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments made for completed work or active campaigns are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• SEO Services
• Google Ads Management
• Social Media Marketing
• Website Design & Development
• Landing Page Development
• Lead Generation
• Consulting Services

If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be considered at our discretion. Any work already completed or resources already allocated will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cybersecurity Products

Refunds for antivirus software, internet security products, VPNs, and other cybersecurity solutions are subject to the licensing policies of the respective software publisher.

• License keys that have been delivered, activated, or redeemed are generally non-refundable.
• If a product key has not been delivered or activated, a refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Defective or incorrect product deliveries will be resolved through replacement or refund where applicable.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order or an incorrect payment is processed, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
